Help using Resources Downloads

All resources files sent after your lessons now come as links in an email, rather than attachments.

Depending on which device and browser you use you can view or download them by clicking on the link in the email.

Please consult the instructions provided by your browser provider to learn how to download files. Unfortunately, we cannot provide step-by-step instructions for every type of internet browser available on mobile or desktop devices, such as PCs or iMacs. However, you can easily find specific instructions for your browser/device by searching on Google or using the help function on the browser menu. Please note that most of our links lead to PDF files, one of the most common file formats for document downloads.

NOTE

Mobile phone browsers

Given the limited screen size of a phone, I would strongly advise against viewing or downloading any files on it. As the files may contain a lot of text or complex information, reading them on a small screen can be challenging and lead to eye strain or discomfort. However, if looking at the files on your phone is the only option available, then it is possible. Just be aware that there may be more comfortable or optimal ways to access the information.

Desktop Browsers

To ensure that you have easy access to the files and can view them later, it is recommended that you download them onto a desktop computer. This could be either a PC or a Mac. Doing so lets you view and access the files anytime, even if you are not connected to the internet. Doing so will also help you keep your files organized, which will help when revising for your test.
